What about parking if a new development is built?
WMATA made it clear at the public meeting on July 31st that there would not be more parking made available to commuters, if a new development at the Forest Glen Metro was to be built. The developers are required to replace the existing number of parking spaces - no more, no less.

What about parking for the new residents of the development? How can we be sure that they won't use up some of the Metro parking spaces? In short, there is no such assurance. Read WMATA's stance on parking.
