The fact is, there already is a tunnel leading into the Metro. We are asking for an extension of that tunnel, to form a new metro entrance on the east side of Georgia Avenue. The entrance would be in line of sight of the Metro employees, just like the current tunnel that leads to the parking lot. So is there crime in the existing tunnel? None. ZERO.
